Safety and Health Risk Assessment

Every year, NHN conducts a comprehensive risk assessment on its own to identify potential hazards and risks that may occur within our workplace and facilities, including NHN Cloud Center (NCC), Pyeongchon IDC and Nonhyeon IDC. This assessment categorizes risks into three levels: high, moderate and low, in consideration of the likelihood (frequency) and severity (intensity) of hazards that could lead to injury or illness. For risks identified as moderate or higher during the assessment, NHN takes proactive measures to mitigate these risks and review the progress of these improvements semi-annually. NHN also spares no efforts in communicating the improvement measures taken as well as the progress of the company's safety obligations with its members. NHN is committed to continuously enhancing workplace safety, ensuring the well-being of its employees.

Safety and Health Prevention Activities

NHN actively enhance its fire prevention and response capabilities through quarterly fire drills, ensuring that our employees are well-prepared for any emergency situations. Furthermore, we diligently conduct legally mandated inspections such as fire, building, electricity, and machinery assessments, promptly implementing any necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment. NHN also operates a Contractor Safety and Health Council, holding monthly meetings to address pertinent issues. Additionally, we conduct joint safety and health inspections at work sites in collaboration with contractors and relevant parties on a quarterly basis, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining the sustainable safety and health across all operations.
