Considering the characteristics of the IT industry, NHN identifies and manages risks that are particularly relevant to its employees. This includes conducting surveys on workplace bullying and sexual harassment to evaluate potential risks for all employees. NHN extends its efforts to encompass a broader spectrum of human rights risks by regularly conducting surveys on suppliers as well. Additionally, NHN has established a grievance channel to facilitate reporting and consultation for suppliers, ensuring their voices are heard and enabling swift action to be taken.
